We’ve onboarded many organizations—festivals, nonprofits, sports leagues, food banks, and more—and we know every organization is unique. We’ll meet you where you are, get you set up efficiently, and stick around to make sure you feel confident long after your first event.

Onboarding Sessions – product tour and account set up with our knowledgeable team that can guide you through best practices

During these sessions, you will:

  • Tour our platform and the tools that best align with your organization’s goals
  • Establish your database & registration forms
  • Import contacts if necessary
  • Create jobs and shifts for your first event or program
  • Add system users
