We have utilized VolunteerLocal for several years; first when hosting Senior LPG event and for the past three years the Hy-Vee Triathlon, a WorldCup and International Triathlon Union event. As the volunteer committee chair I could not have done what needed to be done without the technology and support that is VolunteerLocal. The site can be as simple or as complicated as it needs to be; it is very flexible. From multi day events to three week timelines; from single venue sites to miles of routes.

Our volunteers find the site user friendly, easy to navigate regarding both sign up and information gathering. I find the site easy to manage and that it gives me the flexibility to make changes, garner reports, check in volunteers, move around volunteers etc. Last year we had nearly 1200 volunteers over three weeks, all managed by the site and with the support of Brian and his staff.
